This tutorial will explain how to create Illustration using adobe photoshop in a simple and fast step. Although the result is less detail than we using pen tool to trace it manually, but its enough if you didn’t need a high detailed illustration. You can learn how to use cutout filter to make an illustration from photos. Cutout is easy to use, but you need to know: ideal photo for Cutout filter have simple composition, anything with too much detail or shading didn’t work with the Cutout filter.
