This tutorial will guide you to modeling sporty cars Aston Martin V8 Vantage using hard surface modeling techniques. The first step started with a spline cage, which was then used to create the NURBS patches one by one. Second, the patches were converted to polygons for final detailing, like adding extra loops at the edge of each of the panels to keep them tight. This tutorial dedicated for advanced/intermediate Maya users who has experienced with basic maya tools and editing process.
