This magnificent bay house has some deep green and eco-friendly elements, such as a 5kW solar photovoltaic system which supplies 80% of electrical needs and a solar hot water system which supplies 100% of the household hot water needs. Away from the solar panels, there is a spot designed with the mechanical purposes in the middle staircase area with the intention of preserving tangential exterior views. In the bedroom and living areas in this house, the entire elements include stunning water and bridge views. Moreover, the orientation of the home, in common with the overhangs, optimizes natural heating, cooling, and day-lighting. Solar-motorized electricity as well as hot water guarantees progressive, eco-friendly, and comfort, whereas the contemporary interior sitting room and landscaped surrounding put the last touches on the residence’s indoor/outdoor living facilities.

What is more, the LEED Platinum house made 114 points and owns rainwater saving (intended for bathroom as well as the washing machine), gray-water storing (used for watering), high-efficacy irrigation, a leaky hardscape, energy star electrical devices, LED and bright lighting, smart house automation, zero-VOC paints, along with in-floor hydronic heating.
